I appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to do things properly, even though it requires more time.

Item in decent condition as described, with all discs working and in nice condition. Shipping was fast when shipped. However, pretty pricey especially on some other items. Decent packaging, would of preferred a box with paper filling or bubble wrap, instead of a bubble envelope. Overall, a good experience and would shop again.
