  The part is new as described, packaged excellent, and arrived earlier than expected. It took only 6 days from the time shipped. I was really nervous about this purchase but it didn't disappoint me in any way. I need to setup a box for future purchases because it did arrive with the subaru box which attracts attention in my neighborhood. All in all 10/10.
