The item was still new and unopened as described, if a bit dusty (but that's nothing a cloth can't fix). While I usually prefer to have more packaging with my items, it was okay in this case since the item was wedged in the box a little bit and the items within it were secured. The doll is beautiful and I love her accessories. I would recommend the seller to anyone.
