Seller immediately responded with an apology and a full refund!! Very fast shipping, vast response, and very good seller. I would recommend this seller!!

Since these were stoneware dishes it is amazing that they arrived safely. Kudos to the seller for the packaging. Also the plates are in perfect condition.
