I received one action figure broken in two pieces. Seller stated occurred in shipping, the box was well insulated and not damaged. It seems improbable it occurred in shipping. Seller offered a full refund I asked to return the broken figure and have a partial refund. Seller would not accommodate. I will not buy from this seller again, I do not trust I will get what is pictured.

Unfortunately, my item came damaged and did not work due to the package being damaged during transit. I brought this up to the seller and showed pictures of the damage. Seller was very understanding and went out of his way to contact the USPS in an effort to resolve the problem and then offered a generous refund amount even though it was the delivery that caused the damage.
