They suggested I send the Urn back, and they would include the Surname that I had forgotten to add, but it would not be centred. To be honest, it would not have been too much of an issue, as it was only 4 letters. Then the guy came up with a better idea: he would send a completely new Urn with the fixed wording for a fraction of the price I took the offer and all is good.
