Seller provided tracking the same day, and tendered the package within 2 business days. The shipment arrived in 6 business days. USPS misrouted the package route but in no way was that the seller's fault. Shipment was EXTRMEELY well packaged - in a sturdy box, with multiple layers of bubble wrap, and included the use of thick brown paper covering the box. Item was exactly as described and pictured in the listing. Many thanks, seller!

The item itself was wrapped in bubble wrap and included plenty of cushion. The item itself is working perfectly for what I needed it for. The seller was open to answering questions I had about the item after receiving it. It came exactly as described in the listing and in working condition.
