It's a common occurance for them to respond to enquiries with "Tracking will be updated on delivery" what an earth is the point??

There was a problem with the insoles missing from the trainer's but this was quickly resolved and I received the missing parts within 2 days. Great communication, would definitely buy from here again. Thank you 😊

Despite being very well packed, the package had clearly been thrown with some force during transit, as a result of which the contents had sustained some damage. Royal Mail are usually better than this!
