    Created a shipping label but never shipped; a week later, shady seller relists same item for $30 more. Check his feedback history; most likely will respond with an outlandish and far-fetched excuse; this is a steady theme with this seller: selling items which he doesn't possess (photographs are all screenshots) then failing to ship at the agreed-upon price. The big drawback for me is that I could have just bought the shoes at the store, but now they're sold out, ruining my newphews birthday.

    Buyer took to long to pay. I was moving across country at the time and was not able to access the shoes due to everything being packed up. I tried to cancel but eBay wouldn’t let me. I already sent a refund.Sold to buyer for less than retail but now listing at retail. Slander will not work here I already made things right with a refund. Buyer can gladly message again to buy the pair when available. I have multiple pairs of the same shoes.
