The seller agreed and combined shipping into one box but then kept the additional $8 shipping charge collected instead of refunding their savings. The second figure only added one ounce to the package and didn't change the package dimensions. Seller refused to refund and cancelled the order instead of sharing or splitting their combined shipping savings.
