I requested a refund when I was told that the item I ordered was not in stock. The refund sent was about 10 percent of the order cost. After laundering the material (unwashed) it shrank about 10 - 12 inches, making it to short to use. I notified the seller and asked for a full refund. The seller offered to send another longer length of unwashed material. I accepted it.
