Both the original and replacement items were packaged well and shipped promptly. The correct item itself (once received) was as described and a great value for the price vs alternatives. There was a delay of several days in shipping but I believe that was USPS being their usual selves (sat in one location for 3 days!) and not the fault of the seller. Communication was excellent before and after the sale. There was a minor problem with one remote which the seller went above and beyond to remedy.
