They didn't answer important questions about order causing a delay with shipping. Despite that, I decided to take the risk and ship anyway and upgraded them to express shipping to offset the delay in handling. Sent them UPS tracking, they said they'd have asked eBay to cancel the order. Thankfully, I hadn't delivered the package to UPS yet so I refunded immediately.
