The seller made a mistake and didn’t ship the cable with the screen. When I pointed it out the seller immediately responded and ordered a new cable for me. The third party vendor messed up that order and the seller followed up and got them to send it. Then usps messed up the shipping. It took longer than expected but the seller made it happen and I am happy to see they kept their word
