Tho the box it was shipped in could have been sturdier, taped up better & secured inside. I contacted the seller with pictures and the response that I received was, they would have to file a claim with UPS and they were too busy to do that. Their words:" I got the father claim with UPS and then they will send a refund. I’ll have to get to it on Monday. I’m so super busy right now." No response after that.
