Yesterday was her birthday and I surprised her with this Toshiba VCR/DVD combo. She was very surprised! This was packaged so well. I never took it out of the box it was shipped in. I only put a bow on it. It was not expensive but it was "as described" and will give me years of use if I give it proper care. Now, I need a head cleaner! Thank you so much seller! Great item! The seller made a mistake and didn’t ship the cable with the screen. When I pointed it out the seller immediately responded and ordered a new cable for me. The third party vendor messed up that order and the seller followed up and got them to send it. Then usps messed up the shipping. It took longer than expected but the seller made it happen and I am happy to see they kept their word
