When I had questions, the responses from Chris were prompt, helpful, and professional. Everything is working great! There was an extra 3.5" hard drive caddy and sata cable left inside that made it easy to move my D hard drive to my new computer. Overall this was a great experience. A+ customer service and value. Thanks so much!
