When contacted, the seller responded promptly and respectfully, understanding of my frustrations. When I received the product, it was packaged in its original box, exactly as stated in the product description. The delays caused could've been avoided by a more expensive shipping method, so if you're hoping for quick shipping, do *not* use FedEx Smartpost/Ground. Thank you to the seller, you've helped support a chemistry nerd!

Packaging was great and item new in a sealed original packaging as described! I had no problem registering the product with Lenovo to receive full one year warranty on the product. Price was great and better than I could find anywhere else. Following this seller for my future needs.

His price was reasonable. So far, I've been satisfied. I'll know more when I receive the package. FedEx, however, has been very disappointing. Delivery was to be on Friday 2/28. As of today, package has been stuck in Concord NC for days. All attempts to speak to, or chat with FedEx, have been less than useless. I don't plan on buying from vendors using FedEx again.
