The drives shipped, if used were refurbished and had a new appearance. Drives were well packaged for transit and arrived in working condition.

Bubble wrap had ruptured in places leaving the side of some drives exposed to potential impact damage at the bottom of the box. The packaging needed another layer of large bubble wrap around the entire box contents.
