I contacted Patricia, and she immediately responded and went and checked on it at the post office. She then let me know right away that it was still on its way, and even had the clerk print out the correct tracking and sent me a screenshot. She was so friendly and helpful, and it was the most pleasant interaction I've ever had using etail.
