Not only did they go out of their way to get the item to me via overnight delivery, but they packaged the item extremely well, and even stuck a "caution: electro static sensitive device" sticker on the bubble wrap that they packaged the cooler in. In the end, I wasn't able to use the cooler because it didn't fit in my case, but even then the seller was friendly and understanding. A++ seller!

Upon asking seller admitted it was slightly used. I mentioned some accessories were missing when listing said they were included and got a somewhat snarky response that I could return the item and pay more for something else from China. I will admit price was great and item seems to be working correctly even though it wasn't wrapped in an anti-static bag when shipped. Listing wasn't entirely accurate, but item seems fine.
