Only offer to resolve this was to contact T-Mobile on a conference call and do troubleshooting. When asked to refund, was told that T-Mobile's policy is no refunds or returns, which is irrelevant since the purchase was not with T-Mobile but with eBay. Decided to take the loss and seek out another seller.
