This would be my only feedback for seller, package the chair better. It was shipped and arrived with a missing bolt. Seller was responsive and sent a replacement, couldn’t use the chair until it arrived. The chair is comfortable and meets my needs.

The item arrived in the original factory packaging that Dayton (a Grainger company) uses and although the factory attempts to pack the item well, with nylon zip ties and solid foam block protection, the cardboard box is simply not rugged enough to ship this kind of heavy item IMHO. I was lucky my item managed to somehow arrive undamaged.New In Box Dayton 30E986 Desk Mover, 600 Lb. Cap, 16"D X 32"W X 10-1/4"H (N° 186871793237)
