Initial there was a problem with shipping but the seller quickly informed me of the situation (great communications) and not long after my purchase was shipped. The packaging was fantastic with the HeroQuest expansion arriving in mint condition. The expansion is of high quality and it looks great - well worth the purchase. I had no issues thou and the one time i emailed the seller to clear up a detail I got a prompt response from them so my experience was a positive one overall.
