This A/Bb double case was designed for Yamaha YCL-CSGiii clarinets which have barrels which are about 10mm shorter than what most players are familiar with. The upper and lower sections are a bit longer than normal. These CSGiii horns also have extra keys. Wood and leather case made in Japan. Super rare. Beautifully made. I'll enjoy it.
