We purchase the product directly from the manufacturer and all of the model -15 devices on sale are new products. I forwarded your complaint to the manufacturer. The response given is as follows: The products are boxed and made ready for shipment as soon as they come out of production. If the product was used, that stain would not spread with use. On the contrary, that stain means that it has not been used.

Unfortunately ( not due to the seller) Getting the goods trough import in Greece is a nightmare. UPS charged 55 euro " brokerage fee" just for being the " import agent" another 22 euro in " handling fees" on items costing ( including shipping and VAT) 120 euro . The due amount on import taxes and VAT was 35 euro....
