However the manner in which they handled and addressed the issue was very impressive. I immediately got a message explaining what happened and an apology and then they refunded my money immediately. Problems happen. It’s how those problems are handled and addressed is what matters. Would definitely buy from this seller again if given the opportunity! THANK YOU!
