Seller said he must have sent the wrong item and if I sent it back he would send the correct item. I asked for a partial credit and Seller would only allow me to send it back for a full refund, big hassle and I don't trust him to send the correct item. We had to block you due to daily messages threatening bad feedback unless we refunded you.

Item was a value over salon pricing. Box was a little beat up and faded, but I knew it would be, it was disclosed and pictured. It wasn’t a gift, so who cares. Definitely 5* experience
