I contacted the supplier, who was a pleasure to deal with at all times. He accepted it was his mistake (as I sent him images of my old connector against the one he sent) and he immediately gave a full refund without quibble and apologised for the inconvenience caused. I would be more than happy to buy from him again in the future, despite the mistake.
