The packaging was VERY thorough and kept the contents safe. The product exactly as described. They were very responsive to messages before and after the sale. My only negative is the failure on ebay website to disclose all the costs of bringing this item into the uk from the usa. When I purchased the item the price included postage and usa taxes.What ebay didn't explain that any item brought into the uk valued at more than £135 is subject to vat charges !!
