Instead they sent a gumball-machine cheap "necklace" to show that I received a package from them in the mail! NO DRESS! A SCAMMER! This person should be prosecuted! I proposed having the tailors work overtime to shorten the production timeline from 10 days to just 2 days in order to remake the garment for you, while also offering the option of a direct refund. You chose the refund, which I processed promptly. If we were scammers, this account would not have been operating for 21 years. We certainly would not be foolish enough to knowingly waste expensive international shipping costs.
