There was definitely some space on the ends of the drive in the box for the drive to wobble back and forth which may have led to the fact that my drive came DOA. Drive would not power on or be recognized in the BIOS or OS’s of any of my three available pc’s with various SATA controllers. This is for the EXOS Enterprise drives. Return process was quick and easy as was the refund

My current ones have over 70,000 hrs so hoping these last just as long or longer. Great deal considering drive prices have increased the last few months. Drives were well packed.

Seller used Fedex instead of USPS and was free shipping, amazing value in the shipping alone. Product was in better than described condition. It still had the factory protective screen on it. I noticed that the seller forgot to include the ac adapter as advertised. A quick message swiftly resolved the issue, and he ensured that the an ac adapter would be sent within 24 hours.

Not the seller's fault, but Fedex shipping was a disaster, 5 days late and the packaging was crushed and mutilated, but phone appears to be fine. Fedex is really going downhill.
