    Product arrived damaged during shipping. The seller offered a full refund for it but, I wanted to keep it. So I paid for an expert toy repair guy to fix it. The seller gave a partial refund to cover the cost of the repair plus a little extra, of their own will. There is always a chance of things going wrong. You want a seller who will step up and take care of the situation if and when it happens, like this seller did. Thank you to the seller.

    The seller shipped the order in 2 packages instead of 1. Which is fine, but I had to pay customs fees twice instead of once. I messaged the seller about this, and along with my other inquiries they were very unhelpful and kind of rude and he eventually just went completely silent. Currently in the process of getting eBay to help with my customs refund, but everything could be 1000% easier if the seller just replied and cared about assisting for the issue they caused :/
