The seller took the item to the carrier in a timely manner, but the tracking number never updated. It looked as if the item was not received by the carrier. Communication was slow from the seller, but they did try to find a solution to the problem. The item finally arrived 2 days later than the timeframe given. I did have concern that the playmat was going to be damaged when I saw the size of the box it was in. I unpacked it and it was folded tightly and crammed in box. Luckily it didn’t have any lasting damage or creasing. Would suggest seller rethink how they package playmats. Judging by size of box too, shipping costs were probably higher than they should be. Quality of mat is great. Thanks!
