This seller reached out to me several times checking to see if he could help in any way. After several weeks I just figured I wouldn't get the card due to the Topps app's lack of customer service. I tried contacting them but no response. Seller again reached out, to offer a partial refund even though it wasn't his fault. This seller went above & beyond and i highly recommend. Seller is 100% legit!
