I talked with customer service a few times and they assured me that I would enjoy the experience and service they had provided, which is true. Gold Star for Gaming Citadel and I would for sure buy again from them.

Item was packaged well, but could've had a little packing material in the box to better protect the item. Price was fair! I haven't opened the system yet.
