    The teleconverter arrived in not as described condition. However, when the issue was brought to the attention of the seller, they were apologetic and offered a full refund. Correspondence was cordial and prompt. Excellent customer service. The teleconverter was also shipped quickly and exceptionally packaged. Will come back to this seller for future used gear needs!
