My ring arrived a few weeks after my order, the stones are plastic w/incorrect cuts and color, and the sterling silver is not 925 as advertised, plus the size is not what I ordered. Seller has not provided a full refund today which he said he would and actually asked me to ship it myself back to India, verse providing a pre-paid label. Disappointing transaction to say the least.

Shipping was quick considering they are handmade and ship from India to the US. Packaging was good not fancy but that is okay with us because the rings exceeded our expectations. The are definitely as described but even more beautiful in person. The value is definitely worth every penny for these rings. The communication with the seller was great as well. The ring is beautiful as described and would have arrived on the birthday it was for had it not been for the US leg of shipping. DHL is hot garbage. They sat on the order for an entire week in new jersey. But not the sellers fault.
