While I cant speak to the order, the communication from the seller was top notch. When they noticed the shipping delay they proactively communicated this to me, and were also very accomodating when I asked for a refund. Seller gets a 10/10 from me for excellent customer service and trustworthy business practices. Side note: I'll absolutely be in touch if it arrives!!
