One is very visible and pretty deep which is difficult to manage on a Blu-ray Disc. Packaging also was lacking quality and was just a plastic envelope, no protection at all or anything inserted to prevent the discs from moving or popping out of their holder, the 1080p Bluray was loose. Shipping was also slow. However, the seller did communicate quickly and allowed the return.
