When I explained they had been of different sizes and sent a picture they tried to find some in the warehouse that were both the right size and colour. sent out 2 replacements that were the same size as the 1st 2 sent (that were the wrong size) & then said they would refund the two that are incorrect sizes and that I should just keep the 4 - they are no use to me as do not fit my bras but as they offered a refund seems fair.
