  The items shipping was bad. The shipper company miss labeled the zip code when it entered the US. Never received it after waiting 3 weeks. Seller was very helpful with great communication. Wasn’t their fault. Got a prompt refund.

  The actual transaction was as it should be, I paid, and the item was shipped well packaged and received in a timely manner. The product I received was not even close to looking like the picture, as to wood color or grain structure. I got a plain brown stick. Nowhere in the listing did it state the picture was a stock photo and the item received could look different. When I contacted the seller the best he could do was a small partial refund.

  While the product arrived damaged, the seller was very responsive in providing the refund. The product itself is beautiful and would be well worth the price had it not been damaged. The packaging was probably too tight putting stress on the glued joints. Again, very positive response from the seller, just issues with the packaging.
