When I pointed this out & facts were confirmed a return shipping voucher was provided and the refund was immediate. I used the packaging I received. The item was packaged adequately with padding and buffers to protect the contents from damage. The package arrived with an exceptionally fast shipment time. Shipping was a bit slow but not the sellers fault. FedEx just does it thing I guess. Plus it’s the middle of the winter. For an item the size of a quarter though, USPS may have been faster and cheaper. Anyway, very pleased with this seller.
