Like magic they refunded a shipping charge and the manuals are absolutely excellent. Not only that but they included the nicest letter that said if I wasn't pleased to inform then and they would refund the sales price and I could keep the manuals. Shout out to my fellow tennesseans. I was born there many years ago.
