They answered quickly & a few times as I had questions & wanted confirmation specs. They even called once to confirm the size I chose was shipping. Since it was a couple days delayed on shipping, they used UPS & the ring came 2 days later! I so much appreciate that & their patience. It is a beautiful new ring. They look up order and found the mistake after I contacted them. They honored the order it is a great ring. It was ordered for my 42st wedding anniverairy, it came today. It is everything I wanted. I will order from them again. Also their customer service is great and good. They are a honest and great company to order from.
