They answered quickly & a few times as I had questions & wanted confirmation specs. They even called once to confirm the size I chose was shipping. Since it was a couple days delayed on shipping, they used UPS & the ring came 2 days later! I so much appreciate that & their patience. It is a beautiful new ring. Found them from this seller, who was extremely helpful with a million questions I asked before purchasing, as I bought from another seller and had to return. I was 99% happy and extremely excited for them. They looked exactly as pictured, not the case with the other seller. The 1% not happy- the clasp on the earrings did not function well. Per my local jeweler this is common and adjusted no charge. Seller would have refunded/exchanged.
