The sellers ship times were stated in the item description, but it took a full week for them to send it. The packaging was not well done. I ordered a porcelain rolling pin and it arrived wrapped in a bubble mailer floating in a larger box. I responded to her asking right away, I upgraded her to Priority Mail, the item was packaged numerous times in bubble wrap which is why it did not break.
