    Purchased this item to replace another failing drive of the exact same model. This particular drive appeared to have some read issues. Seller was accomodating and I received a prepaid label to return it. No issues, and the drive was still a great price. It arrived as pictured and was properly packaged. Might have just been a dud. No issues with the seller at all. Interaction was overall a positive experience.

    Accidentally left negative feedback on the wrong transaction. This transaction wasn t without hiccups, but the sellers willingness to communicate and make things right was commendable. I would purchase from this seller again. The drives shipped, if used were refurbished and had a new appearance. Drives were well packaged for transit and arrived in working condition.
