The only thing to me is when i charge it, the charger is going hot in just a minute. So i need to shut it down just to charge it. And cannot upgrade the software, i think because this is an old version so i cannot install word and exel as i need an updated ios version, which is that is why i needed laptop for my homeworks that needs word and exel
