    I did not have a positive experience with this seller. I purchased an item listed as pre sale soon after release. The company shipped to customers within days, but I heard nothing. I reached out after 12 days with no tracking update, then again 8 days later. Seller said the order was cancelled and refunded. A reseller should check emails and update buyers. The lack of communication and care is why I am leaving this review.
